At present, the double gear oil pump for forklift on the market cannot be adjusted according to the needs. The double gear oil pump for forklift includes a pump casing, a driving shaft, a screw rod and a rotating joint. The right side of the pump casing is provided with a driving gear, and the driving gear is connected to the pump casing through the driving shaft. The upper end of the driving shaft passes through the top of the pump casing, the left side of the driving gear meshes with the driven gear, and the driven gear is connected to the inner wall of the pump casing through the driven shaft.
The double gear pump for forklift can drive the screw rod to rotate by running the rotating rod, thus controlling the up and down sliding of the sliding block, and then controlling the up and down sliding of the sliding sleeve, so that the second gear structure and the gear structure are meshed and connected or separated, and then the double gear pump for forklift can be adjusted to work at the same time or the single gear pump works alone, which is convenient for users to adjust and use according to need, the applicability of the double gear oil pump for forklift is increased.
